Our security officers are required to hold a minimum of five years working history with key holding and alarm response services. All our security officers will be uniformed, well presented and courteous in line with our values as well as your expectations.

What can you expect from our service
- A site visit will be conducted, detailed processes and procedures are created with our clients.
- A risk assessment is carried out to ensure quality and safety for our clients and their staff and will be discussed with the client in full.
- Our security staff are briefed on the agreement/allocation to ensure that we meet ALL processes and procedures in safeguarding your business.
- All keys are stored safely in an industry-regulated (to British Standards) sealed unit. We maintain the highest levels of regulation when holding keys
- Our security sign-age will be mounted in agreed locations, this quickly adds a visual deterrent
- We can change the patrols, lock, unlock and our other services to suit your needs.
- Upon your agreement, ADL will take responsibility 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
- Should we receive any activation notices, Mobile Security Officers will be deployed in rapid response by ADL Security’s control centre. A thorough sweep of the site will then take place of the entire premises.
- In the unfortunate event of a break in and person or persons are still on site our officers are trained to respond by immediately contacting the emergency services. They will then contact the business key holder or specified contact. The site will not be vacated by us until the premises are suitably secured.
- ADL will then compile a full report of the incident to your business within 24 hours.
